My name is Amanda and I am the owner of Silk Hair Studio, I am a home based hair salon located in the Riverwalk estate in Werribee.  
I specialise in colour work, but absolutely love everything HAIR!!
 

 I have over 25 years experience in the industry starting my first salon assistant job at just 15. I qualified in England in 2004 at 20 years old.  After emigrating to Australia in 2006 I worked for a highly reputable salon in Werribee before starting my own business in 2009.  
I continue my education regularly, gaining knowledge and completing courses in advanced colour, blonding, balayage, hair extensions, keratin smoothing, cutting and styling.  

The integrity of the hair is extremely important to me, so I only stock the highest quality professional colours and products,  using the most natural Australian ingredients. The colour line is low tox and has removed all harsh chemical ingredients.  All products are vegan and PETA certified, cruelty free.
